3DEA® Spacer Fabrics – innovative, three-dimensional high-tech textiles

3DEA® spacer fabrics consist of a bottom and top layer that are kept at a precisely defined distance to each other by means of resilient threads. The extraordinary properties of these three-dimensional textiles enable optimal functionality for almost any application in a great variety of industries.
Using the latest knitting technologies, Essedea can optimally adjust the bottom or top sides of the spacer textile and the spacer thread independently from each other for any customer application. This allows different surface constructions, heights ranging between 10 and 55mm, and different hardness grades of the 3DEA® spacer material.
Essedea sells its spacer textiles world-wide under the inter- national registered trademark 3DEA®.
